As a former practicing attorney and founder and chairman of Signature Property Management, I have provided expert witness court testimony, depositions, and court reports concerning premises liability, security, property management, management operations, leasing, and human resources.
For over 30 years, Signature Property Management has specialized in the management of commercial properties as well as market-rate and affordable housing apartments, high-rise condominiums, single-family homes associations, manage communities, and hotels. Located in greater Kansas City, Signature currently manages 57 properties with an insured value of over $ One Billion utilizing a staff of 117 employees. Continuing to serve as advisor to the firm, the recent focus has been providing expert witness testimony on management operational issues.

EXPERIENCE
I have served nineteen times as Receiver or Trustee in Kansas, Missouri, Arizona, Colorado, Texas, and Tennessee.
In addition, I have managed or owned commercial property in fourteen states including retail, office multi-family affordable and market-rate units, hotel/motels, retail, and other properties valued at over $ one billion in insured values.
I have been involved in real estate management services for over thirty years and was co-founder and partner of Miller Nolan Real Estate. Miller Nolan was the recipient of three Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) asset management awards of over $270 million in commercial properties located throughout the country.
